Katy Perry&#039;s blinking-rainbow-cream-puff style is deliciously 1980&#039;s,
like she walked straight-outta a &lt;a href=&quot;http://www.lisafrank.com/&quot; rel=&quot;nofollow&quot;&gt;Lisa Frank&lt;/a&gt; painting!  

I wonder what this dress would look like without the blinking...
(At some point while studying electronics and glow art, I vowed never to make things that blink - it seemed to create a tawdry &quot;no vacancy&quot; look on basically anything i made... i could never quite pull it off aesthetically, maybe just not my thing!)

I&#039;m glad to see that glow fashion is gaining more of an audience!</description>

I&#039;ve seen a lot of hummingbirds this year - they are very uplifting birds.
I have to suspend disbelief every time I see one fly:
their wings look invisible to transparent.
